Another character in my HTF Fanon Stories Universe: Incontinence. He is PePe's cousin and like PePe, he has incontinence hence his name. He wears diapers like PePe and whenever he is scared, he will pee his diaper, poop his diaper or both. He continues PePe's tradition of soiling himself when scared. He lives on a farm in a rural part of Happy Tree Town. UPDATE: Incontinence is now wearing thick diapers.
