My Chinchilla, Scooter. Again, difficult to grab photos of these critters! He is particularly fast and fidgets a lot :)

Well mine is a pocket type one, so isnt that manual. It has very basica manual settings you can use to your advantage, but a lot is missing for the sort of experimentation and artistic elements I want from my photos, so I really want a nice Digital SLR when I can afford one. My sister is a photographer and she uses a lovely SLR made by Canon (EOS 450D I think it is).
I should get my old manual SLR out and play with that X3 Trusty old thing needs some love :D

That's exactly why I like digital cameras. They are always good for when you go out somewhere meaningful or somewhere you can't go often to take photos, and you can, as you, say, change rettings, review, take mroe if you need etc. Very useful. Getting home to find you spent money and time getting shots that actually are poor is so annoying when you have those photos in your hand and you can't do anything about it.
yeah, l used to take hundreds of shots and spend a small fortune developing and printing them until I learned about contact sheets. Still cost an arm and a leg though. Now I just keep a charger in the car and a spare memory card.

We have 6 x_x They're crazy. I do like them a lot though. Very very cute little critters for sure, it is a shame you can't have one :< with lots of personal care they become very relaxed and snuggly, but still very lively. Mine are very scatty though :< They prefer to spend their time with eachother compared to us, but I always talk to them and give them treats and stuff.
