The $60 price tag pays for a fully textured model that is rigged, ready for posing and animating and whatever you'd like. You get a render in a pose of your choice as well as the blender file which gives you the ability to pose and move the model about as you please.
In case anyone is to wonder, the extra $20 for the tufted version is because it's quite a fair bit more complex to clean up the model for rigging, which in other words mean a longer time spent on it.

I would also like to say these are some quick examples I put together as showcase and your model would have a cleaner and better textured model all together, as well as cleaner rigging (this one is currently a little janky)
After Christmas I will be improving on the model to better showcase how the final result would turn out!

(I can do females, and felines as well, this just may take a while longer to complete, but I am open to discussion for it)
