'Vigerous' Album Cover
My final assignment for my computer art class, we had the choice to do either a book jacket or CD cover. There were a few reasons I chose this one, but it was mainly because I wanted to see what a possible Viniger album might look look. As usual the name was the hardest, thinking up a really punchy, one-word title like most of MJ's albums. I chose "Vigerous" (misspelled on purpose) because it represented both strength and a fighting spirit.
Trying to figure out good album cover poses were tough too for similar reasons, it had to be something punchy that fit with the mood of the rest of the album. The same goes for the songs (FYI, none of them are original, they're mostly MJ, T-Pain on Jennifer Hudson songs. Lemmie know if you wanna know who does what).
I've really proud of how it turned out and I know for sure I'm getting an A in this class!
EDIT: I was completely right! A on the assignment and A in the class!

haha man I'm digging all of this. These poses must have been so hard to work with but you got them down just fine. And the dramatic lighting in the right-hand picture, Lovin how that light is shining past her eye. I really liked this one, and not just because you'd also chosen some hot songs. I could see Viniger gettin down to all of those.
Thanks so much! I'm usually good with poses (most of my drawings are nothing but those) the trouble was more a pose that fit with the tone of her music, much like how I used a really snappy, one-word title a la Michael Jackson.
The shine near her eye is something I've had to explain a couple times. It's actually supposed to be a lens flair.
