I was going for a plump look with Wendy, I've drawn too many females that look like stick figures, and I love the results; besides, that's how she usually looks, except her legs are shorter.

The combination of sharp vector-like lineart and very soft shading is quite fresh.

Thank you, this is my favorite image so far. I think I found a style that I really like; first of all it is completely vector based (CorelDRAW, I just upgraded to X3), and I tried this subtle highlight type of coloring and it just looks awesome. My previous favorite image was Fight or Flight with Krystal, which was unique because it only used highlights, no shading; although it happens at night where everything is dark so there is no shading, just illumination.

The bracelets are a bit odd since Wendy's bracelets are normally comically huge; but I forgot about them while I was drawing and they looked totally at odds with the pose I had her in, so I gave her normal sized bracelets. The gold shine I gave them was a pattern I created for my Mirage image.
