Cipher knows Max for almost 3 years now. He is so kind, and Cipher tries to be as kind as he can to him too, and he appreciates it.
Max was helping Cipher to get through his hard time dealing with uh... "sadness", and he became like a borther to him. Who knows what would happen to that corgi gentlepup, without Max.
