BoltDog10 on FurAffinity requested Marshall from Paw Patrol gagged underwater. Once again I needed to blur things to make it look somewhat underwater-y. A fun idea that came to mind is that his captors, in their cruelty, left him there in his diving suit, knowing he'd run out of oxygen eventually.
