A commission for
itokriy for a character of his. I redrew this entire commission a few times and am still unsure about it but I'm fond of enough parts of it to let it be.
Please no tentacle jokes, they're way past being funny.

First off I'm kind of surprised by the feet. Between the humanoid shape and the skin color they really look very human, especially with how they're cut off by the shin covers. And while were down by her feet, I'm digging the path you did. Its a subtle work, but it looks nice and Ive got the same one out my backdoor.
Moving up, the level of detail contrast between the character and the background works very nicely, it helps to keep focus on her, even with the foreground effect from the scythe.
As per usual you've outdone yourself with the shading, especially on the face and arm where most of the attention goes. My only complaint about your lighting/shading (and its hardly a complaint) is that her bra kind looks semi-transparent. See-thru bras are actually on my list of things I like, but I just don't think it was what you were going for. As for her rack in general I have no complaints on this set (but I'm just waiting for the day I can catch a mistake on a set of boobs from you. Its sorta like finding waldo and Carmon Santiago in the same elevator.)
The markings are awesome and I really like the non-linearity of them. On top of that they really build up the contours of her face.
The scythe is very bad ass at the front, but between the AMP and the Hendrix that's playing right now it looks like it could very well go on forever. Aside from that oddity in physics I'm proud of how you sort of captured the taper on the blade while keeping the actual weapon sort of obscure like the background. You've come a long way in your weaponry from putting saw-backs on the front of knives.

Ahahaha, backdoor. Anyhow thanks for all the words. The human feet are just sort of how I draw them, I guess I haven't considered doing the paw-like feet for awhile. Should, look into that. Glad what little bit of a background their is works, the commission was *technically* a no backgrounder but I really hate leaving it blank.
