Probably not. Pretty sure FA is compressing it. A little research suggests if you upload bigger than 1280x1280 FA will resize your image to fit within that limit. Might be worth experimenting with manually shrinking your FA uploads before uploading to see if the quality is better than what FA does to it.
I was digging through your gallery to see if there might be any examples of something small enough to not get compressed by FA and I found this which is well over the size limit https://www.furaffinity.net/view/35819669/
Research suggests this is because it only resizes the original posting and if you swap out the file after the fact it doesn’t try to shrink it. I don’t know if there any any rules against intentionally skirting around the resizer this way.
