Had to ignore a little the real looking with the skis. When we have snow, is really, really light. The skis of the modelkits i tried before never workt as first try...by being far too slim, so i made my own ones using ice cream sticks. Also the plane have no counterweight at all for the same reason, thing that makes the plane absolutly vulnerable to the strong wind of here

BUT
the rare times that snows here, never have more than 25 kms/h of wind, usually is almost zero, so shouldnt be a trouble
