I've been fighting with Adobe Effect in these few days to do some animation. Aaand it was a bit painful for me. I'd forgotten how it hard at the beginning to learn a new prog. I only managed to add some quiet movements with mirrors until my patience ran out (plus this year's version AE crashed a couple of times for no reason)

I'll experiment further :)
