Wind can do a lot of a things. It can cool on hot days, it can dry on wet ones. It can shake the leaves off of dying trees. It can also bring thick, humid clouds to clear skies. And once the downpour begins, no heightened sense of smell or hypersensitive ears will alert you to the incoming cracks of supersonic death as your enemy's sights align with you. And in an instant, it all goes away.
