This is a sort of alternate universe version of Anizhar that I cooked up for a post-apocalypse campaign I'm running right now using Tiny Wastelands. He's an enigmatic figure who runs one of the only neutral safe places in the ruined city. The rules in the Maharaja's Court forbid any violence or troublemaking, under penalty of removal.

He has a fanatically loyal gang that protects his facility and any of his guests with their lives. He's one of the few gang bosses who eagerly engages in trade, though his origins and motives are a well kept secret. Everything about him suggests that he isn't a living creature. His head is an intimidating stylistic depiction of a tiger's head with an open mouth, his limbs are mechanical, and he can teleport short distances and manifest hands out of hard light using some sort of device embedded in his chest.

It's not well illustrated in this messy sketch, but he's supposed to be wearing a nice, if weathered, suit.
