She is finished!
She will be available as 8.5 x 11 AND 11 x 17 inch prints at my artist alley table ( #92 Bee-Hive Studios ) at AnimeNEXT 2010. MAYBE bookmarks as well, if I have any spare time left over.
Initial roughs done in my sketchbook.
Tight pencils and india ink and brush on 8.5 x 11 inch cardstock.
Vectors done in Illustrator CS3.
Colored lineart and touch ups done in Photoshop CS3.
Yes, I wanted to keep the aspect of my brush inking in this, and I didn't darken the scanned line art much. Giving it a brushed on look.
So I guess you can say it's a mixed media piece, in a sense.
Those of you who might be interested in purchasing a print, in case you can't make it to AnimeNEXT, I've tossed this up on my DA Prints account.
