What song's he playing? Judging from his face, it's gotta be something pretty smooth and relaxing.
I'd had this one sketch of a fennec playing the mandolin/oud for a while now, and I figured it was time I made a full image out of it. It was really weird and difficult getting everything to work, since I had a few different ideas for how it'd work, but I'd say I'm overall satisfied with it. There's a few mistakes in there still, but that's okay.
The desert is kind of a cool theme to draw, I never really realized before. It's not even my favourite kind of environment, but I do quite like the contrast of blue and yellow that many of them feature. Maybe I'll get to draw more eventually. Until then, enjoy!
