Pokedex Challenge- Day 5: Fairy Type

Nighttwilightwolf attempt the Pokedex challenge once again!This year we decided to try our hand at our own version of the meme, tho its still the same with a couple things changed later on. I dont know if we’ll be able to do every day on the right days, but we do want to try to at least finish it this year! Wish us luck xD
Day 5- Favorite Fairy Type- Galarian Rapidash!
A possible surprise for some people, considering my love for Sylveon, but being that I plan to have it somewhere else in this challege, I am giving this spot to the runner up of Galarian Rapidash! Oddly enough this ended up being one of the harder types to choose from, as I like many fairy types, but G!Rapidash has really proven itself. First off, look at it! Its the most majestic af sparkly unicorn, and its actually got a great typing and move pool! I was given one in my Sword game by my husband and it didnt take long for it to become quite a tank on my team. I have always thought that (Kanto) Rapidash was pretty cool, but its Galarian counterpart is just so extra and I am all about that! I had a boy Rapidash in my game, and I named him Astolfo and he is beautiful.

WOW! The way you drew Togekiss as an owl pretty much blew my mind. QWQ
I never associated them with owls. I’m pretty much shocked, in positive sense of course. ;3
I always liked how you drew feathers in your previous commissions, but I think that you put an extra effort here with Togekiss, those smaller rounded lines that imitates feathers are very plesant for my eyes.
Oh and let’s not forget about the brilliant shade of blue that you used to draw its visible eye and feathers decorating its head.
And last but not least… Im in awe of your skill, Night.
I don’t see you often drawing equines, but after I have seen how fantastically you drew Galarian Rapidash. Im pretty shure that there are very few (if any) Pokémon or animal from mammalian kingdom that you would have trouble to draw.
What relly impresses me is how well you managed to reflect the physicality of this fairy horse.
It looks both regal and strong, you did amazing job with the lines highlighting the powerful muscles underneath this magnificent beast. ^w^
I bet that you done a lot of research regarding horses anatomy before you drew this, Night. And it payed off outstandingly. >W<
And lets not forget about the flowy beautiful mane and those almost hypnotizing eyes!
Clearly showing that underneath its powerful physique, lays an intelligent being.

Thanks Joy! I appreciate your compliment on the togekiss but I cant take any credit for that, as Mutt was the one that drew it! These have been collab pictures between us, each drawing our favorite pokemon of the type. But I do agree with all your points that he did an amazing job and I love that he based it on a barn owl and make it so fluffy! His take on the little spirals is one of my fav things about it!
Hahah I used to draw horses a lot when I was a but only a tiny child and obsessed with horses, so given that I dont draw them as much as I used to, I think my younger self would be very happy with what I made here!
