I watched all their non-literary exploits on YouTube last year. I actually think a revival could work if done right, that they may reach their true potential.

dic is partially to blame as their version was infioror to nelvana nelvana could have given them care bear popularity also they apparently didnt have any faith in it or they could have moved it to another network or tried for syndicaton

Somehow I think you can probably blame Care Bears themselves for becoming more successful and for that the 'blame' should go to the creators to both properties and that's American Greetings. Though the reality is most likely that Care Bears just appealed to more people and sold more in terms of merchandise etc. and had nothing to do with DiC or Nelvana, who were only hired to produce animation on those properties. Also, Nelvana produced the Get Along gang's pilot episode just so you know.

Yeah, Care Bears is not a good show. At least I have furry cartoon series like Geronimo Stilton.

I wasn't saying if it was good or not, I was just saying that Care Bears had more staying power then the Get Along Gang did. If you're not a fan of Care Bears though that's fine.

You don't really know how business works that I can tell. Both properties were by the same company; American Greetings and it's them who got to decide what company they would give money towards for animated productions, not the production companies/studios themselves, they are just the hired help in this case.

This was the cover to the Mill Creek DVD releases. The image is obviously a promotional one created for the show as the characters are on model to how they look on the show.
