What an unfortunate situation. You've come upon the perentie wastelander Big Red in a mood, and what a mood it is. The sort of mood that has you rooted to the spot in a mixture of fear and arousal as the casual monitor lizard puts down her weapon and looms over you. Because it's not a fight she's looking for, oh no, and you wouldn't be able to fight back against someone her size anyway.

When the humid heat of her throat washes over you with her exhalation, that purple tongue slathers over your features, and you find yourself lifted to gaze - and vanish into - a maw wide enough to be treated like a lurid slippery-slide? All you can think, wonder, is how much someone like you, would satisfy someone like her.

A lizard's got to take meals where she can, after all.
