Work has been rough on Volt this year. Because of COVID, a lot of Θώθ’s departments got pulled into epidemiology. And since he’d worked translating epidemiology before and didn’t need training, Volt ended up with a bigger workload than his coworkers. The work is grueling, the hours are long, and worst of all, it means Volt got pulled off of his passion project. He's been tempted to argue that now would be a great time for translating science podcasts and YouTube channels, since audience for those has skyrocketed under the various quarantines, but he knows that working as hard as he can to help translate treatment trial data is the more important thing. One day this will be over... Just need to push through...
