Damien is wearing a comfy pink sweater so now he too can feel smol and cute, at least for now while he's still relatively young. Damien has always felt envy towards foxes for how small, cute and cuddly they are. He's always wanted to be one of them, hang around and make friends with all different kinds of foxes. But as he grows older, he becomes taller, physically stronger and his features will get burlier and more intimidating for the smaller species, causing them to avoid him more and more and sticking with their own kind instead.

Damien is actually not a 100% pure wolf, he's 3/4 wolf and 1/4 red fox (the fox part comes from his mothers side) but Dai himself is not aware of this yet. He will find out about it somewhere in his 20's and I'm sure he will be very happy to learn the truth about his own family tree and genetic makeup. Damien's genetic mix of two species also explains his odd features, like his long bushy tail and ears that are a bit too big and pointy for a wolf.

This was a quick sloppy doodle from yesterday that I wanted to post here as well. I really don't like posting things on twitter, but everyone's on there so, ehh. I think art posts just look bad there, at least the ones that are tall in a vertical direction like this.
This picture also made me want to talk a little bit about why Damien acts the way he does and why he feels so attracted to foxes despite being a (mostly) wolf himself and being raised as a "pure" wolf (instead of a "folf") his entire life.

Also... Damien wearing a shirt with long sleeves, WOW! That's almost unheard of. xD
