Cheyenne is all grown up now and she is really laying on the charm quite thick, isn't she?
She would like to welcome you to her happy land of snow and ice and fun!

Nope...I do volunteer work at a zoo. I always try and support education and conservation programs while discouraging pet ownership of large carnivores and other big, exotics. The most important thing is ensuring the species we care about exist in the wild rather than in living rooms.
There are plenty of organizations out there that need support for their various campaigns which you can get involved with. I would do a google search to find organizations in your area that you may be able to volunteer for. In any case, you could keep in touch with current events which would help you get a good sense of the issues. If you REALLY care, you can start as a volunteer and start getting involved to help wolves as a career. That's what I'm doing with tigers. All I've ever done is volunteer work, sometimes directly and sometimes through online correspondence, but in all cases, it's allowed me the opportunity to help the species I care about.
