Interesting fusion, but this definitely brings up an amusing idea if it's possible, and i love the attention to detail.

If the upper body is hollow enough for a person to fit inside, i can easily imagine the person who tries, would sit pretty securely with this fusion's upper torso and head acting like a very effective seat belt.
whoever rides like that would definitely have a comfy ride sitting ontop of the mane of the lower body, even if whoever it is likely has no control over the hands or lower body.

A pretty amusing thought about all of that would be if someone climbed up to do so while this fusion was asleep, riding along and messing with them without them realizing what was going on. XD

Yeah, i can see people trying and failing to contain laughter if they were to see that idea realized.
I got the idea literally from the pokédex entry of Cofagrigus, since it details how it tends to trap people inside it's hollow body.

Yeah, just a pokédex entry and a unique fusion's appearance mixing together into a funny idea.
And now i'm curious now, how would the growlithe/gastley fusion that evolves into this look like?
