Made this for a commissioner at FWA, mailed out a few weeks ago.
The curly thingies on the ears were kinda difficult to figure out, but other than that the hat went pretty smoothly. I'm going to try to have Raichus on the table at Anthrocon if I can help it, but those ears take a while to make, lol!

Haha, yeah, I know. My pokemon hats I put on the table at cons look like that (if the original art has them), I did this one different because that's how the commissioner drew it XD
