Coating:
4 cups of flour
1/2 cup of (any brand) cajun seasoning
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp ground black pepper
Combine all and set aside
To prepare fish:
Soak fish in cool water, and then sprinkle liberally with cajun seasoning before rolling in the flour mixture to completely coat it.
cook each fish in a deep fryer at 375 degrees but you can use a frying pan if you must, I submerge the fish in the hot oil completely for 8-10 mins untill it is golden brown.
