Ingridients:

4 Chicken breast filéts
4 slices of smoked bacon
Some grated mozzarella cheese
Black Pepper (Not whole peppercorns)

How to:

1. Spread the grated mozzarella and some of the black pepper over the chicken, wrap the chicken in the bacon.

2 a) To Oven cook, put the filéts in an ovenproof form, cook for 40-50 mins.

2 b) To fry, simply fry on both sides until it's not red inside, be careful, when you fry the chicken on the top side so that when the mozzarella melts won't simmer outside of the bacon ^^

Eat it with some rice (it's nicer then!) and some veggies for the vitamins :3.

Note: I know, it's ALOT of food on the picture, it was how much I cooked without realizing xD Me nor my flatmate could even eat half of it. Also, the brown/reddish thing in the rice is some HP sauce because I found out it enhightened the flavour of the rice somehow :3
