Why Zeno would make a terrible household pet

Zeno, in my mind's eye, can be seen as a direct response by nature to humanity's technology, the more it grows, the more powerful Zeno becomes. Here we see a growing conflict between the two, often creating animosity towards the "evil" dragon.
Now imagine what it may do if stuck in a home, barn, or pen?!For you folks who don't know, Zeno has a diet primarily consisting of electricity, which in the past, was found in storms, fire, light, and heat. Think of Zeno as more of a phantom/golem, who constantly needs to keep their self charged in order to live and do things. As such, power plants are to Zeno as bird feeders are to birds, that, along with their tendency to wander, will make attempts to capture and contain said being in a non mutual way can lead to less than pleasant situations.Zeno ©

I feel like they'd hang around AC power lines a lot as they produce ELF fields, but it really depends on how much wattage it has to be sufficient

Absolutely! That is, until they found an even better source, which is the plant itself, since the electricity is dampened heavily due to transformers and just sheer distance from the plant.
