Everyone has guilty pleasures, even if there's really nothing to feel guilty about. XD
Personally, I love fairy tales. Doesn't matter if they're modernizations, disneyfied soft stuff, or the old dark places of the Brothers Grimm and earlier.
The Halcyon Fairy Book by Ursula Vernon is a favorite, as she inserts a running commentary through each one, giving a lot of insight and humor to the tales. :)
