Been meaning to do something like this for ages, and I figured now would be the time.
I've established a bit of fan lore and "headcanons" for my villagers over time for a while now, yet aside from that awkward villager chart I made a while back, I didn't really have any like sheet or summary that gave a good understanding of what each of my residents are like.
Of course they all have shared personalities and multiple towns can have the same villagers, but I think part of the fun in Animal Crossing is writing your own story for all your residents. For example, Trunkton's Margie might not be the exact same as a Margie in another town; she's motherly and kind in my town, but in another town someone could make their Margie flirtatious (how dare u) or shy.
So in addition to their regular default personality, I've given all my residents extra quirks and kinks to make them more unique, as well as swapped their default outfits!

Bio:
Shortly after parting from her old town to fulfill her dream of becoming a world famous fashion designer, Margie settled down in Trunkton. She followed her long-time friend Opal here after hearing about its unique fashion sense. She found the idea of "plus-size" fashion quite fascinating, so she quickly started gaining to get a better grasp of what her designs should feel like on the wearer. While the extra heft has caused her to be a bit more oblivious to her size, she's grown pretty fond of the look, so she kept it. Plus, she's a bit of a hugger, so all the extra padding has helped tremendously~
