Traci Hogan, AKA Rave the awesome magic hero girl, is Morgana’s direct descendant and soul living relative. So, in her mind, that makes Traci her heir. Therefore Morgana feels that only she can mould the plucky teenager to her greatest potential. Whether Traci agrees to it or not. It’s sort of like the relationship between Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader. (except Traci has no interest in saving Morgana’s soul)
