If she didn't notice what was happening before she will now, contrary to all predictions the mutagen seem to stop spreading of the mutated areas to increase muscle size, however it did so even in over in all areas of the body, not just the already mutated ones.
Those pink veins surely have to be one of the unestable factors they advice about, since they are already all over her body, but not causing mutations, perhaps this Mutagen wasn't surely a mutagen alone... For now it seems like the the behaviour is:
Deploying Dragon features (chosen)
Continue even spreading
Spreading to the head
