This week's External Influence is the Minotaur. This mythological creature comes with a range of meanings due to the connection it represents between human and animal, instinct and intellect. The Minotaur acts as a guide when it has reached the time for us to face ourselves. Look within yourself this week to the primal parts of yourself. Seek understanding of your own conscious. It is only within the unknown of our minds that we will reveal and understanding we never expected this week. There may be something missing that you are denying yourself to understand that must come into the light. Then you will be able to find balance. We are born with a natural fear of the unknown and of death, but this does not have to hold us back. If you find yourself frozen with anxiety, remember that you are feeling a natural reaction of the human body when it feels the need to resort to it's fight or flight response. Take a deep breath, then another. It is going to be ok. The Minotaur reminds us that while fear can be staggering, it does not have to hold us back. This week may involve a challenge that will push you to conquer a fear or obstacle in order to give you a chance to grow and evolve.

This week's Rune is Perdhro! This Rune is symbolized as a cup of dice used when casting lots and is connected strongly with birth, kinship, chance, manifestation, and luck. The dice cup that Perdhro shows us represents the universe, the cast cosmos, while the lots within symbolize the energies that change and guide the course of an individuals life. This rune looks at the various aspects of our world in a game-like way. The stationary aspects such as birth and death compared to the always changing events that guide our lives mixed with our need for free will. Perdhro represents memory, particularly that which is passed down through ancestry. And so, this rune reminds us to look at our social circle including family or friends. This rune also represents problem-solving and will indicate the beginning of entering into spiritual enlightenment in which one will learn more about who they really are meant to be. This week, Perdhro reminds us that the world is a give and take. That what we put in is what we will get out. Become aware of the synchronicity of the world around you so that you can access the patterns for manifestation and grow and evolve.Become aware of the consequences of each action you take. By taking part in the Oneness of the universe around us, we can learn how to balance, recognize patterns, and develop our skills of manifestation and personal abilities.

The Internal card is the spirit guide Hyena. This week may require you to ask for assistance from friends or family or to give your own help to others. Even as this week gives us strength and clarity for our goals, remember that it is ok to have doubts or to ask for help. It is ok to feel vulnerable. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, know that you do possess the skills and resources that will enable you to push yourself to future goals as well as to grow into the best version of yourself. Trust your gut, follow your intuition, and allow yourself to be happy. Laugh and be light in your moods. You have survived the trials of your life so far and this week is just another trial that will teach you how strong you are. Be wary of your words, however, for they will hold more strength and power than normal this week. Use the lightness of your soul, your desire to laugh and love and be the light, to fuse your skills with positive thought and inspiration. Only by accepting, learning, and growing through the shadows we all possess can we find and grow the light alongside it. You are strong. You have the skills and resources to grow.
