My cat has zero interest in the outdoors. She was a rescue adoption, so maybe she figures she's seen all she wants to see of that.

One of mine is disinterested as well, the other goes out daily on a leash and harness

My kitty, when we still had her, loved to go outside. She'd climb up the big tree behind the house and get on the small roof facing the deck. She liked to sit at the edge and watch what we were doing. She'd meow at us to say hello and all we had to do was reach up and grab her when she was done. The roof wasn't very high. :)

Indeed, I'd say she was the best kitty I've ever had. We never could figure out what breed of cat she was. She was very small when fully grown so we knew she had to be a runt. Her color was mainly grey with some little splotches here and there. She also had one huge splotch that hid in her fur color until she got outside and then it was easily seen in the sun. She was my overseer, perching on the back of my computer chair and then lying on my lap.

But Theo imo is the best comic kitty though. Quietly overseeing his loyal human subjects, making sure they shower him with needed attention as he sees fit. Also answering questions for the curious and uneducated. I'm sure someone has asked before, but is Theo based on your own cat? :)

Theo is essentially a mental mix of the male cats I've had in my life, not any of them in particular but a lot fo the qualities and quirks that I loved from all of them combined. He's a creative outlet for me to remember all those cat overseers I've loved and lost in my life

Nice. Being able to mix the traits and personalities of felines past into one being is what makes art fun. For me I've lost the interest to draw many years ago. I'd rather enjoy what others put out instead. Maybe in the future I can commission someone to turn my cat into an art personality when things are more open. :)
