That it is~ THIS also includes me drawing Hiorah way back with her VERY FIRST round of designs. They are poopy and way too similar to literally every other freaking woman I drew ever. She is much more unique now~

BUT YES.
Zasa-- the doggo guarding poor little Hiorah-- is a Zygarde! More specifically, in 10% Form.
...Zasa is also STUCK in that form, permanently.
Due to circumstances, ALL his other cells were destroyed, so this is quite literally the only form he can get to-- it's his "highest" I guess. He can go smaller, but like...Why?? XD No.

I'm not sure if the DA Version of this has more info or not, but eh imma plot it there anyway in case yal wanna look.
