I saw this turtle crossing the street after I got the mail. Then I quickly got my camera and told mom and dad about the turtle. My mom came along while I took some pictures of it. I then got closer and it hid in it's shell. When I touched it it hissed a little and I wiped the dirt off it's shell. Then dog lady came by and she said that they come from the wetlands to lay eggs. So I put him near the woods and I think he's still there. I don't know.
