Well, at least it's open for all the people with grown-ups as characters (sees the no minors rule). Even if I'd have seen this one when it was opened, I couldn't have sent Shiny's ref here. But it's the trend of how things go and if people prefer it that way, I respect their decision.
I...I didn't mean it that way. To me in first place it's more important that you enjoy yourself, Ern. If you think that Shiny is fun to draw, I'll of course feel flattered about it, but if you have your own projects and desires, you should always look towards such firstly. Your happiness is the most important to me as well. =3

It's not really important what possible reason there could be for the existence of said rule. It's mostly a certain guilt or surprisingly appearance of somebody feeling not okay with drawing kid characters today anymore. If people are that way, I won't hold it against them. It's a shame but cannot be helped. <X3
ah....okay then, welp think now (but i think about this before), i guess don't need the Minor Rule, afterall im not doing an Kink art, just an normal art like others, so like, i guess i don't need to add this Rule, but yeah, i agree and understant your point anyway, hehe
Speaking of characters that are depicted as minors: "Tiny Toon Adventures" are likely coming back next year or in 2022. Really fun cartoon show with a bunch of younger Toon characters at a university learning from the Looney Tunes crew the 101 of wacky gags and physics and get also in various adventures on the side. Looking forward to see the new seasons once they come out. Definitely have been partly an inspiration for little aspects of my Totodile mascot Shiny. ^_^
