"To witness something few people outside the circle do is an honor, you know." Those hungry, predatory eyes pulled away for those of her companions to cast her gaze skyward into the starry night. The moon was waning, its bright light slowly smothered by the cosmos, made an ideal canvas for what she had prepared. "For me, the cities are curiosities...oddities of a different life. One I could have easily shared if fate had not had other plans. The forests, the wilds, nature, it is where I find peace. It is where I find my power and strength. It is where I find clarity. I must warn you, though; I am not like most druids. I see the beauty in the brutality and mercilessness of nature." Now she knelt, dragging the claws through the soft grass that poked up between her toes and the pads of her feet. Gnarled branches were pushing up just under her fingers, growing until the wolf woman ceased channeling. Picking it up from the ground as she stood once more, taking the timepiece at her waist and looping its chain around one end. With the new staff at her side, she raised her right hand, keeping the palm skyward as if she were cupping something. Greens orbs glittered into existence in the space around them, thousands of all different sizes, and with them came the whispers. Starting as gentle as the softest breeze but they quickly grew into a humming chorus; this was the song of the forest. The whisps danced to it, leaving the air filled with sparkling flakes of light. Green energy flickered to life like fire and pooled in the druidess's hand. Swirling and shiting as it coalesced into a ball. There was an eerie beauty in the display. The druidess's attention shifted subtly, a cold chill creeping up the sping as those violet eyes settled on her guest and a toothy smirk on her muzzle. "Let it begin."
