PERSONALITY
Rocko is headstrong, loud, boorish, hot-tempered, and fearless, willing to fight just about any opponent - no matter how dangerous or powerful they are. He's extremely self-absorbed and proud of his huge muscles, taking every opportunity he can to flex, pose, and generally show off. In a lot of ways, Rocko is his own biggest hype-man, boasting about his own prowess while trash-talking his opponents, oftentimes giving them long-winded, scathing speeches about their shortcomings. Unfortunately for him, he didn't spend nearly as much time training himself mentally as he did physically, so in a lot of areas, he's thick as plank (yet he has a bizarrely advanced vocabulary, as shown by one of his favorite insults for his opponents: "troglodytes").

However, while he seems like just a brute on the surface, Rocko is characterized by his loyalty to Plasma. Since Plasma was the one who rescued him from a life of living off scraps on the streets, Rocko feels like he owes the old man everything, obeying his every whim without question and guarding him fiercely against any threat. Additionally, while cruel in his own ways, he's also been known to have a sense of honor, oftentimes refusing to fight in situations where he'd have an unfair advantage (i.e. when his opponent is in a situation where they can't fight back). Indeed, it's entirely possible that Rocko might not be such a bad guy after all - just loyal to the wrong kind of people.

Rocko can be pretty clumsy at times. Whenever something breaks in Plasma's lair and it's not because of the Bros., Rocko is often the first one to blame.

ABILITIES
Standing at 7' 5" and weighing 385 pounds, Rocko is an absolute behemoth of a man whose greatest asset is, fittingly enough, his titanic superhuman strength. While he may lack in pure speed, he more than makes up for it with his monstrous physical strength, able to crush solid steel walls, easily break free of metal restraints, and lift heavy objects like cars, trucks, or even greater weights than that. Known as a one-man wrecking crew, his strength is enough to let him demolish a whole gymnasium with his bare hands. He keeps himself strong by way of rigorous daily weight training. He's also as tough as he is strong - there are plenty of times where direct impacts just seem to bounce right off him. And don't let those puny legs fool you: his jumping ability is immense. With all these physical powers, Rocko became a proficient wrestler, holding a nigh-unstoppable championship reign until he lost his job.

While he mostly relies on his own brawn to handle his adversaries, Rocko is also capable of using weapons if he has to, such as using a steel chair as a melee weapon. Also, despite his low intellect, he can utilize various vehicles and mechanical utilities competently, having scuffled with the Smith Bros. not just toe-to-toe, but also in tanks, dogfights, and races.
