BACKGROUND
Once an ordinary boy living in the city, Xavier has for a long time garnered a reputation as a daydreamer. From a young age, he was enthralled by the tales of heroism, fantasy, and adventure he saw on TV, through video games, and in books, and could only dream of living those adventures himself... until one fateful day where everything changed for him. That day, he and his younger brother, Aaron, stumbled across a whole other world known as Avalos, and since then, they have been going on numerous adventures across this strange new land.

While they're in Avalos, Xavier and Aaron have taken up residence in Neon City, holing themselves up in a little apartment building until they can move up into having their own house. They've also been known to stay with the Williams family in their home or with Ry and Jessica in their shack on Waterfall Islands. Their adventures will take them to places that they could never have even dreamed of, ranging from kingdoms inside toy chests to city-wide amusement parks! If and when they get home, they'll certainly have a lot of stories to tell.

PERSONALITY
On the surface, Xavier comes across as a rather reserved and introverted young man who likes to keep to himself a lot of the time... and he is. However, while his generally inward personality often results in the more loquacious Aaron doing a lot of the talking for the duo, he also displays a much bolder, sassier, and more verbose side in certain situations, whether it's dealing with people he's more comfortable being around or when confronting enemies.

Overall, Xavier is known for being a compassionate and adventurous person with a protective side toward his loved ones. While laidback in most situations, he's also rather headstrong, prideful, and emotional. Even still, he is also a rather heroic and courageous individual - whenever trouble arises, he attempts to solve the problem as quickly as he can, often dragging Aaron along with him (sometimes literally). He often acts as the straight man between himself and Aaron in most comedy situations, though he is not without his own foibles and will oftentimes join Aaron in his antics.

ABILITIES
Xavier has a vast assortment of powers and abilities at his disposal, his most prominent one being his electrokinetic abilities. With these new powers, Xavier can conjure and manipulate lightning in a variety of ways, such as controlling electrical fields, electrocuting enemies with bolts of lightning, powering electrical devices, and, with enough of a charge, even potentially causing thunderstorms. He can also use lightning to augment his physical stats, enhancing his own speed and/or strength by electrically amplifying his body's muscles.

Perhaps Xavier's most interesting ability is his signature Lightning Flash technique. Using this power, he can turn himself into a bolt of lightning, allowing him to fly and travel at super speed. While using Lightning Flash, he can also travel between power lines and electronics for added mobility. He can also use Lightning Flash while holding onto someone else, allowing him to take a few passengers with him during his flight... though he still has a hard time not accidentally zapping his passengers in the process.

However, Xavier can do more than just zap things--during his time on Avalos, he is also taking up swordsmanship and hand-to-hand combat, learning these in conjunction with his new powers in order to better combat enemies. He's also shown his chops as a musician and an artist.

WEAKNESSES
Xavier's powers are great, but they're not infallible. For one thing, with his new powers comes a rather... complicated relationship with water. He can swim just fine as long as he doesn't try to use his powers underwater; otherwise, they'll short out and he'll run the risk of electrocuting himself. His powers also tend to have little effect against insulating materials, such as wood or rubber, and magnetic fields may also disrupt his powers. Also, his powers are directly effected by his emotions, which can be a double-edged sword depending on how he's feeling at the moment; and his abilities will be weakened considerably if he doesn't get enough sleep.

Random Trivia:
Xavier, Aaron, and everyone else in their family shares a secret technique where they can store every item they have on their person in a secret hiding place without it hindering their movement at all, at which point they can pull out whatever they need at a moment's notice. How do they do it? Sorry, but that's a family secret.
Some of his favorite sports include basketball, football, and pro-wrestling.
