This is Billy. A collector and tinkerer of sorts, he tends to collect all sorts of things he can find, occasionally looking over or touching it up if he can. Of course, with him being a goat, he also tends to have a big appetite. So, anything that he can't fix up, or other useless junk, tends to get gorged on and worked over in his shaggy belly. He has quite a strong digestion system, what with his thick, shaggy-furred belly and the four stomachs within. So, whatever goes in tends to get gurgled up very well.
