Along with the Kranng who serve for them at the time the celestials created the first council known as the Otron. Among them is Steer who would be regarded as the last celestial in the present day he would task to guarded a very powerful relic. The Otron were in possession of a gem they call the All Stone its power was created when existence itself appeared. Those who posses the stone can change the fabric of the entire universe from Earth 1 to Earth 2 and 3. So the Otron spited it into 5 pieces and handed it to those who are trust worthy.

(At that time came the Otron wars when a evil Celestial named Megagon attempted to collected all the stones and his followers a celestial name Mor'akka was task to hunt for Steer's stone. With the help of Lela the Celestial of Darkness they protected the stone but at the cost the Kranng known as Xemos declared war on the Otron and order the capture of all the stones. There Steer went into hiding where he can protect the stone in peace and the world he chooses to stay is in Earth where in the present day he is still there and with the help of the stone's power it slows his aging.)
