Yesh she's been throuhg... stuff... and she's better now, but it still hits her.

Also kind of makes me sad that, from what's been gathered, she and her husband are only married for convience or something else other than love. :c

So they're not married-married, if you get what I mean.

well... they married out of love but he can't really look at her, so it's a bit of a thing where they understand each other and want to support each other... but he can't stand to be around her, except he's also the only one who stood for her when she needed somebody.

It will be described better later... but like... he basically took a huge "bullet" for her in order to allow her to actually continue living a respectable life.

He sounds like a great guy. I hope he can overcome his phobia, even if a little bit so they can hug each other :C

I mean... he's arachnophobic... that's not something easily negotiable, another friend of mine that has the same phobia told me that it was fine for a few seconds and then the more he looked at her the more "nope" she was. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Also... turns out one of the two artists who did her character design is also arachnophobic. (i did not know that until recently) so kudos to   SagittaScuti for doing this character despite one of the two really not liking to work with spiders.

I've been wondering whether some of those tears were from the physical discomfort of cramming her physique into these postures.

To be fair... no.

She is used to, she trained for years and even bent her exoskeleton, sooo... yeah.

It is not maximum comfort but also she is used to it.

Child Protective Services would never let her adopt. Not a human child. Heck, she's probably not even allowed to have pets, because they think she'd eat them.

Unfortunately... yes. That is exactly the other part of the problem.
