The Charizard looked back at her partner and she merely nodded, taking them both a little higher.

The wind whipped through Kit's hair and even though Faiga was flying fast, Kit knew that she was safe. She had a hold on the collar Faiga wore, and even if she were to slip, Faiga would be quick to dive for her. The bond that Kit had with all her pokemon was special, and it showed from the way she spent time with them.

A drawing a did while our power was out this weekend. It's a long story about it, and its not something I want to go into about how it happened. I will say however that it did produce a few good pieces from me. This is one of them. A drawing of Faiga, my charizard, and me flying along through the sky.

I should mention that Faiga looks rather big, but I suppose that the idea of something only a little taller then myself carrying me and flying for any length of time didn't seem plausible.

At any rate, I like how Kit turned out in this picture. She looks really good there, and I didn't even sketch her out how I normally do. I just kept drawing from where I know everything needed to go.
