So those of you who have read my story Dragoon and thus the teaser chapters for the next book, you know what a Icealos is.
This is a skull from one.
Their jaw opens all the way up to their ears. The teeth arent that well together because the outer part of their teeth are a hardened saliva compound. The core is bone. So after they die, the outer casing loosens, and falls off the core.
Their bone is solid. Like crocodile bone. The eye hole is hole is in the front and that other hole is where their ears are.
The nose goes deeper because they have a unique nasal layout.
Icealos are not any known species category. Although they resemble reptiles, they have 6 chambered hearts and are warm blooded.
They are unique and strong everywhere that humans are not. And strong where humans are as well.
Their weakness include, bright light, and intense smells. As in pepper spray or cologne to the face. That will incapacitate them for a few moments. I will include other features when I draw out the rest of the skeleton.
Edit: Bleh... I had someone say that the skull looks like Venom from spiderman. I admit, now that its beens said, it does. Heres what I used as a Ref though. http://australianmuseum.net.au/Uplo.....aw_web_big.jpg
