Lookie! I finally made my RPC, Evil's, collar! :3 I bought a large dog collar at petsmart and changed it to look like hers. I punched another hole in it to make it go around my neck better (it's a 23'' collar. >.< ), then I made the silvery looking part out of clay, put the E on it and slapped it on. Put another hole where the bell needed to go and threaded that through and then viola~! Evil's collar!
