Reg is looking at the horizon, thinking on all the things this world has to offer, looking forward to seeing the light of the next day, thinking about their friends who've helped them along the way, and feeling a calming breeze flowing behind them.
"why are you looking at the nothingness, bun?" a passerby said, oblivious to what Reg's mind was thinking. Words that made them come back to reality as they turned towards them to answer, a slight smile drawn on their lips.

"i'm looking at the future, my friend, and to all it's got to offer." They replied with a calm tone, sighing relievedly as they started to walk towards the edge of the cliff, spreading their wings and flying away towards the unknown.
