I don't usually participate in meme's, but at this point since I haven't quite got my strength back enough to take my pencil to paper again, I thought it would be fun to throw a few of these down. Starting with Peter.
The comic panel on the left is from a series of about 75 strips that I threw together when I was just getting my feet wet with drawing comics in high school. Peter's on the right, with Seth on the left -- you can see how uncomfortable I was with the style at this point since they pretty much look like the same character. Also, to those who are unaware of my comic's history: it was rewritten in 2005 to start over from scratch with the "Guardian" story. In my older versions of P&C, Seth and Peter were just two friends who got into trouble all the time. The good majority of these memes you'll see from me will be giving glimpses of what the characters used to be before I gave half of them supernatural abilities. If you want to be able to read these old comics -- keep dreaming! They're pretty terrible stuff and honestly I'd kinda like them to stay hidden in the dark, cobweb-filled recesses of my computer backups.
I mean, the originals are drawn on standard computer paper and inked with a freakin' ballpoint pen! I had no clue what I was doing back then. What a twit I was.
So yes, credits! Original meme is here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3924251
More of these to come. I plan on doing one for each of the main characters in the comic.
