Went out to visit  Flinters yesterday, and had some general fun times doodling and watching some interesting cartoons. Was the first time I'd ever seen the 'Animalympics' from the 80s, and 'Skippy the Bush Kangaroo'. Really brought back some memories of the cartoon style and mannerisms of the times.

And some explanation for that upper left doodle? Hm. Well, Flinters has issues with his Mac sometimes. He was playing some kangaroo-themed music, and was showing us a song about how Santa can't use reindeer in Australia since it's so hot. He uses six white boomers instead. We had just gotten to the point where Santa sings something along the lines of 'Here come the Boomers now!' and there was a distant 'bound, bound, bound' sound... then Flinters accidently hit the shuffle button and the Rolling Stones began to play.

It was so intensely hilarious to think that the 'boomers' came out to help Santa, that I had to throw out a little sketch of the situation.

The rest are just me experimenting with kangaroo shapes and styles, and a snoof. Snoofs are cute.
