TOS(Terms of Service)

Ao comprar comissões fique ciente que você concorda com os seguintes termos / When purchasing commissions please be aware that you agree to the following terms:
* Eu tenho o direito de usar a sua comissão para auto promoção e anúncios / I have the right to use your commission for self promotion and advertisements.
* Se quiser prioridade à sua arte, terá que pagar uma taxa adicional de +50% / If you want to prioritize your art, you will have to pay an additional fee of + 50% .
* Mandarei a arte completa pelo telegram e se não tiver um telegram, o enviarei pelo e-mail / I will send the complete art by telegram and if you do not have a telegram, I will send it by e-mail.
* Assim que uma arte seja terminada, eu atualizo a lista de comissões no furaffinity e no canal do telegram( se tiver qualquer dúvidas sinta se livre pra conversar comigo) / As soon as an art is finished, I update the list of commissions on furaffinity and on the telegram channel (if you have any questions feel free to talk to me).
* Você concorda em NÃO remover/obstruir minha assinatura do seu desenho / You agree NOT to remove / obstruct my signature from your drawing.
* Se for postar em qualquer lugar, deixe os créditos! / If you are going to post anywhere, leave the credits!
* Se pedir para desenhar o OC ou fursona de outra pessoa, você concorda em tomar total responsabilidade por qualquer desentendimento que seja causado pela confecção do desenho. / If you ask to draw someone else's OC or fursona, you agree to take full responsibility for any disagreement that is caused by making of the drawing.
* Tenho o direito de recusar a sua comissão / I have the right to refuse your commission.
* Alterações na arte são aceitáveis na fase de rabisco, por favor cheque se está tudo bem nesse processo, se você pedir mudanças na posição ou no tema da comissão quando eu estiver fazendo a linework ou outros processos, terá que pagar uma taxa. / Art changes are acceptable in the sketch phase, please check that everything is fine in this process, if you ask for changes in the position or theme of the commission when I am doing linework or other processes, you will have to pay a fee.
* Pagamentos podem ser feitos antes que eu comece a arte e até a fase de rabisco, não darei continuidade à arte se não houver o pagamento e irei rebaixando sua posição na lista de comissões a medida que o tempo passe, Se não houver o pagamento, cancelarei sua arte e vender a ideia em um YCH / Payments can be made before I start the art and until the scribble phase, I will not continue the art if there is no payment and I will lower your position on the commission list as time passes. If there is no payment, I will cancel your art and sell the idea in a YCH.
* Se você quiser cancelar a comissão após a conclusão do esboço, será cobrada uma taxa de 50% do valor total e os outros 50% serão devolvidos / If you want to cancel the commission after completing the draft, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged and the other 50% will be returned.
* Mande referencias do que você quer que eu faça, como exemplos. / Send references of what you want me to do, as examples.
