This ghost's name is Dickson Herntz. He was a murdered minor (he was 13 when he was killed by someone who lost self-control) but the necromancer summoned his spirit to be his servant, and Dickson's Ghost has an assignment -- he is in charge of welcoming guests at a haunted manor by the woods and haunting the place. If someone misbehaves, he will take them to the grave. But if they behave well, he will just float around. And he spooks people for fun.
