This actually makes me remember something from younger years.
The one haunted house they did up near my hometown, when you exit you walk over a little footbridge, and they always have a guy in a hockey mask pop out from under it revving a chainsaw, sans the chain, of course.
Scary as hell if you're not expecting it!
